Job DescriptionRYSE (www.helloryse.com) is a Canadian-based technology start-up on a mission to revolutionize the smart home industry by making devices that automate window blinds and shades. Our products have been featured on Dragons Den, QVC, CNET, FOX News, CP24, TechCrunch and are sold in stores in BestBuy and Linen Chest.

RYSE is looking for a dedicated and proactive Virtual Assistant (V.A.) specializing in Customer Support and TikTok Shop Management. This role requires an individual with strong experience in customer service, specifically handling support tickets via Intercom, and actively engaging with customers on social media by responding to comments and messages.

Key Responsibilities• Customer Support:

• • Handle and resolve customer inquiries and support tickets through Intercom in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide product information and troubleshooting assistance for customers.
• Social Media Engagement:
• • Actively monitor and respond to customer comments, direct messages, and questions on social media platforms.
• Ensure timely, friendly, and brand-appropriate responses to foster a positive customer experience.
• TikTok Shop & Affiliate Management:
• • Manage RYSE’s TikTok Shop presence and oversee the affiliate program, building relationships with TikTok affiliates to drive engagement and sales.
• Coordinate with TikTok Shop affiliates, manage onboarding, track performance, and ensure clear communication with affiliates.
• Liaise directly with TikTok Shop support for any issues or updates.
• Administrative Tasks:
• • Organize and maintain accurate records, reports, and communication-related to affiliate management.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to compile data, if needed.

Requirements• Experience in customer support, particularly with Intercom or similar ticketing systems.

• Proven TikTok Shop Experience is mandatory, especially managing TikTok affiliates and programs.
• Social Media Proficiency: Skilled in managing and responding to comments/messages on social media platforms.
• Microsoft Excel Skills are a bonus.
• Location: This position is open to applicants located in the Philippines only.
• Availability: Must be available to work 7:00 am – 7:00 pm (GMT+8) Philippines local hours.
