Specialist Email Marketing (Remote)

What you will do:

The Email Marketing Specialist plays an important role in the digital area of our operations. They are responsible for managing and maintaining a variety of personalized email and SMS automation workflows.

Through their work, the Email Marketing Specialist generates company-critical revenue by building and maintaining a relationship with our customer base, and then building loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the strategy and implementation of automation flows according to our buyer segments in Klaviyo;
• Manage lists and segmentation;
• Create strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones;
• Analyze and optimize automation flows on an ongoing basis;
• Perform A/B tests to improve performance of automation flows and e-mail campaigns;
• Support the department’s content team in their email campaign strategy;
• Collaborate on customer segmentation strategy and the enhancement of customer records in our Klaviyo CDP;
• Collaborate with internal and external support to develop material for automation flows;
• Track, analyze and report on email marketing campaign results, deliverability and KPIs.

To be successful in this position you will need:

• Minimum of College degree in Marketing, business administration or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 (three) years’ progressive experience in digital marketing with a minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in email marketing
• Extensive experience using marketing automation platforms (Klaviyo etc.)
• Bilingualism essential (French and English) to support our operations outside of Quebec
