The role in short

As an Ecommerce Copywriter & Administrator you will be adding new ranges of products to the website and optimising old listings to ensure they’re engaging and SEO friendly.

Onto the nitty gritty!

• Assisting with new product setup on websites and marketplace channels.
• Writing, updating, and improving product descriptions, brand copy, and product data on new and current products.
• Create engaging content across across website landing pages
• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style and tone of voice, and optimised for search where necessary
• Optimising customer journey by analysing taxonomy and filtering
• Writing and updating blogs on a ADHOC basis
• Analysis and problem solving of SEO issues
• Implementation of 301 redirects where necessary.

We’d like to meet someone with

• At least 2 years’ experience within a customer-focused B2C marketing environment, with a particular focus on digital media
• First-class written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Confident manner, with the ability to communicate at multiple levels
• Knowledge and experience of SEO
• Strong knowledge of analytics tools (i.e google analytics)
• Proven experience with blog and/or content writing
• Knowledge of plumbing and heating systems is advantageous
