The Design Systems team is a cross-functional team that ensures design quality across all facets of UI, content, and graphics. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of the Mana Design System, that all product designers, engineers, and product managers use to design & develop at our company. Using your full range of interaction, visual, and prototyping skills, you will own creating a coherent and ownable look & feel for our desktop & mobile experiences.
As a qualified candidate, you have a record of leading systems projects to successful outcomes for users and the business. You are a strong cross-functional partner having worked closely with engineers, a great communicator, and above all, you approach problems holistically as a unified system. You are able to precisely articulate design rationale and present to diverse stakeholders from all across the company. You have fostered partnerships and supported broader product teams in applying a system around individual product constraints.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Shape the Future of Our Design Foundation – Build and expand on the foundational elements—tokens, components, and patterns—that set our design system apart. Craft a unified, cohesive set of UX and visual guidelines that bring harmony across our product experience.
- Empower Designers and Drive Adoption – Work hand-in-hand with product designers to refine and integrate new contributions, championing your work by sharing it across teams and presenting with clarity and passion. Migrate and sunset legacy elements as we grow, guiding our teams toward a more impactful, streamlined system.
- Be the Voice of the Design System – Create engaging, accessible documentation and tutorials that bring the design system to life, making it easy for everyone to understand and apply. Provide world-class support in our channels, embodying customer service excellence to help colleagues and partners succeed.
- Dream Big and Innovate Boldly – Embrace divergent thinking to explore groundbreaking concepts, while knowing how to converge and build iteratively toward a shared vision. Your ideas will set the pace for where our design system goes next.
- Communicate through Prototypes and Research – Use high-quality mocks and interactive prototypes to make ideas tangible, backed by user research and data. Your insights will anchor our design decisions in real impact.

What you should have
- 4+ years of experience working in UX field
- 2+ years of experience working on a design systems team (creation, maintenance, documentation & support)
- Excellence in visual design / brand craft, including motion
- Experience designing on multiple platforms (Web, iOS, Android, etc)
- Experience with inclusive design / WCAG
- Highly proficient with current design and prototyping tools (Figma, etc)
- Ability to work with a low-ego, highly collaborative, cross-functional team
#LI-Remote
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000 to $185,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
