The Purpose of your role

Operating as part of a wider team within the project services, looking after customer projects, ranging from O365 migrations to a complete environment setup. Working with cutting edge technology, providing best in breed solutions, and supporting implementations from start to finish. You will be responsible for your own workload, ensuring service level agreements are met whilst delivering to a high quality standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Joining the projects team working on deployments and migrations. The role will involve managing projects start to finish, including technical deployments and liaising with the customer. Strong communication and time management skills are therefore required in addition to the technical experience.
• Mentor, train and support colleagues to improve on service offerings.
• Creation of project related documentation
• Creation of technical documentation
• Ensuring knowledge is handed over to support teams for BAU
• Updating of project status’ in internal project management system
• Technical delivery of project
• Provide exceptional service – you will conduct yourself in a helpful and proactive

What experience we are looking for

• A very good understanding of Office365 and setting this up and managing it
• Office365 migrations (Email/SharePoint etc)
• Azure deployments (VMs)
• Experience working on projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R40 000,00 per month
