Senior Product Manager (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team focused on enhancing user experiences and driving product success, reporting directly to the Director of Product.
• Identify and prioritize key product opportunities, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to establish and execute a comprehensive product roadmap.
• Experiment with and implement innovative solutions that meet user needs while driving business objectives.
• Foster a culture of ownership and accountability within the team, motivating members to excel in their roles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly within agile environments, delivering mobile applications centered on rewards and earnings.
• Proven track record in leading product discovery processes from ideation through to validation and launch.
• Strong analytical capabilities, adept at utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions.
• Experience with monetization strategies and digital marketing, including in-app currencies and affiliate marketing.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Mixpanel and Google Spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience leading product discovery initiatives, with an emphasis on user insights and learning.
• Background in developing native Android applications is highly desirable.
• A degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
