Marketing Manager Saas Fintech (Remote)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing fintech SaaS company. This remote-first position is open to candidates based anywhere in the UK and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to and help drive the company’s global growth. The ideal candidate will be a versatile marketing professional with over five years of experience spanning various marketing disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Execution: Implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support business growth and enhance brand visibility.

Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage both virtual and in-person events globally, ensuring seamless execution and impactful results.

Public Relations (PR): Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, draft press releases, and manage media outreach to increase brand exposure.

Content Creation: Craft compelling copy for various channels, including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and other marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.

Social Media Management: Oversee social media strategies and content creation to engage audiences and expand our online presence.

Agency Management: Work with SEO, Graphic Design, Hubspot and Video agencies to ensure they are delivering value.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to ensure messaging is cohesive and timely. Work closely with the Product Marketing Manager to align brand and product messaging.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience with a strong, generalist background across key disciplines, including event management, PR, copywriting, content development, and social media.

Skills: Excellent communication and writing skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to managing multiple projects.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and able to take initiative to identify and capitalize on new marketing opportunities.

Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a remote team, reporting to both the CEO and CMO.

Industry Knowledge: Experience within the fintech or SaaS sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
