Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B SaaS Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is critical to positioning our products effectively in the market, driving product adoption, and achieving growth targets. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will own the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement for our SaaS offerings. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and drive success across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing SaaS products, ensuring effective positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to understand and translate technical features into compelling value propositions that resonate with target customers (freight carriers, brokers, and shippers).
  • Become the authority on Transflo’s competitive environment by conducting thorough market research and overseeing our competitive win/loss analysis program. Synthesize insights into strategic battlecards that aid customer-facing teams in messaging and objection handling.
  • Create and manage marketing content, including product collateral, presentations, white papers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and other sales tools.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Work with the Sales and Customer Success teams to develop and execute sales enablement programs, including training, playbooks, and support materials to help drive product adoption and customer retention.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, gathering feedback and insights to inform product development, roadmap planning, and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and features, ensuring seamless execution across all marketing channels.
  • Build strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and customers to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation in the market.
  • Work with a cross-functional team across product, sales, customer success, marketing, and delivery to build and launch products – from initial market validation, to positioning & messaging, go-to-market strategy and collateral development
  • Before a product launch: interpret market research and apply relevant findings to the development process
  • During a product launch: own the GTM strategy
  • Post product launch: oversee customer response, develop additional growth campaigns
  • Drive key metrics such as customer acquisition cost, activation rate, NPS, adoption rate, retention rate, customer lifetime value, and feature adoption rate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, preferably in the transportation, logistics, or supply chain industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing SaaS products, driving product adoption, and achieving growth targets.
  • Strong understanding of the transportation and logistics industry, including key trends, challenges, and customer needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content for different audiences.
  • Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
