Summary

The operation analyst will play a crucial role in preparing client deliverables, reports, and presentations while identifying new federal business opportunities and building relationships with large federal primes. This role offers a collaborative and growth-oriented environment where individuals can make an impact.
Responsibilities
1. Assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
2. Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars for the team and related activities.
3. Generating/Preparing regular monthly, quarterly, and yearly, reports on Clients’ deliverables.
4. Develop/update content library for all federal clients.
5. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and client needs assessment to develop the Federal Prospective clients’ pipeline.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and emerging best practices for clients’ needs, in the federal space.
7. Identify clients’ specific Networking / Relationship-building opportunities.
8. Identify Large Federal Primes to subcontract with federal clients.
9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, proposal, commercial, marketing, operations, and subject matter experts, to analyze customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction while achieving and exceeding customer satisfaction metrics and develop strategies for clients’ experience and retention.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of corporate experience, preferably in a proposal development or report-writing role.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills (oral and written).
- Competence with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to analyze client feedback, implement improvement strategies, and manage CRM systems effectively.
- Self-starter, motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Strong knowledge of the proposal acquisition process, with experience in technical writing and editing.
