We’re thrilled to share an exciting opportunity with our US client for a Sales Agent with solid experience in lead generation and sales management.

About the Role:

In this role, you will focus on transforming renters into homeowners while minimizing move-outs, ensuring a seamless experience for clients throughout the sales process.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
  • A strong track record in closing sales
  • A solid understanding of market dynamics across various regions in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Management: Manage and close sales transactions, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Property Expertise: Provide detailed knowledge and insights about properties, helping clients understand their options and making informed decisions.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and attract potential clients through various strategies to drive business growth and increase conversion rates.
  • Prospect Management: Nurture and guide potential clients through the sales process, building relationships and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Post-Sale Support: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing support after the sale and addressing any issues that may arise, fostering long-term relationships with homeowners.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals and achieving targets.
  • Strong understanding of property management and real estate markets in the U.S.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English required, Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and phone sales, with a comfort level using technology, including Microsoft applications, Gmail, Slack, Coda, Rent Manager & Calendly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Desired skills:

  • A big Plus: Strong understanding of property management and real estate markets in the U.S.

  • Monthly sales closure rate
  • Number of renters converted to homeowners
  • Retention rate of homeowners to minimize move-outs
