We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to build and manage a central data infrastructure that consolidates data from multiple software systems, creates insightful dashboards, and automates management reporting. This role is crucial in ensuring our data resources are accessible, reliable, and valuable to stakeholders across the organisation.

Here, you’ll achieve results by:

● Develop, implement, and maintain a centralised database that integrates data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.

● Design and build intuitive dashboards to monitor key performance metrics across multiple areas of the business.

● Automate reporting processes to deliver timely and actionable management reports.

● Collaborate with internal teams to identify data requirements, define metrics, and generate actionable insights.

● Conduct data analysis to support decision-making, presenting findings clearly and clearly.

● Continuously optimise data collection, integration, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

● Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with data protection policies.

Experience and Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

● 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.

● Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).

● Strong experience in data visualisation tools, particularly with Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

● Solid understanding of data integration and ETL processes.

● Familiarity with automation tools for report generation.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
