Overview
Modco Media, a full-service media agency, is seeking the expertise of a Digital Marketing focused Media Insights Supervisor. In this position at Modco, you will support client onboarding, strategic measurement planning and marketing reporting development that will help continue the expansion of our agency’s reporting & insights capabilities. Your goal is to help the media team discover data insights that lead to an integrated marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Support the team’s campaign optimization across all media channels by conducting analysis and providing insights
- Support media team’s strategy by providing post-campaign analysis to assist in future campaigns
- Create and maintain client dashboards, specifically in Tableau
- Contribute to strategy and brainstorming sessions for new clients and pitches
- API connections, floodlight and pixel tracking
- Lead team in day-to-day responsibilities
- Develop training and educational resources including:
- Learning resources & training that support the improvement of reporting analysis through data story telling
- Supporting team members on reporting tools learning and operation
- Client facing guides to help empower them to utilize media reporting as self-service reporting and analysis
- Maintain centralized data infrastructure and staying relevant with third party API improvement
- Ensuring client-facing, and internal reporting is done in a timely manner.
- Identifying opportunities to continuously improve data and reporting processes
- Research analytics and media-related platforms to formulate in-depth POVs
- Define and execute expansions and rollouts of our reporting & insights capabilities to support the agency’s analytics roadmap
Organizational Relationship: Position Reports to VP, Media
Qualification & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, preferred Masters
Discipline Specific Skills:
· 4-5 years of experience in marketing data analysis, campaign strategy & implementation
· Strong experience of statistical analysis, modeling and programming
· Top-notch project management and presentation skills are required
· Excellent writing communication skills
- Experience managing others
· Experience using the following:
· BI Reporting Tools (i.e. Tableau, BIME, Power BI, Google Data Studio)
· Site analytics (i.e. Omniture, Google Analytics
· Digital Ad Serving (i.e. DoubleClick, etc.)
· Experience using Python, R, and SAS is a plus
· Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Salary range $90,000-$110,000
