What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Execute and Optimize Growth Strategies: Directly implement sales tactics and growth initiatives. You’re not just managing; you’re doing—testing, iterating, and optimizing what works best.
  • Solve Challenges Head-On: Analyze sales performance, spot opportunities, and act quickly. You’re a problem-solver who takes action, not just a strategist.
  • Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. You’ll be the key connection driving revenue across all departments.
  • Innovate to Win: Stay ahead of the latest e-commerce trends and technologies, leveraging them to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
  • Be Hands-On: From sales calls to data analysis, you’re leading by example. This role is about doing—not just directing.

Job requirements

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in E-commerce Growth: You have a proven track record of driving growth and business development in the e-commerce space, ideally within direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands.
  • Expertise in Key Areas: You possess in-depth knowledge of Shopify, media buying, email marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing.
  • Resourceful and Adaptive: You excel in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. When a new challenge arises, you figure it out—quickly and effectively.
  • Results-Oriented Problem Solver: Your focus is on delivering tangible outcomes. You measure your success by what you’ve achieved, not just what you’ve planned.
  • Intelligent and Quick Learner: You grasp new concepts quickly, are tech-savvy, and have the intelligence to adapt and pivot as needed.
  • Collaborative Team Player: You work well with others, inspiring your colleagues with your passion and positive attitude. You believe that success is a team effort.

Non-Negotiables:

  • Significant experience in e-commerce growth and business development.
  • Ideally, you have D2C experience.
  • Deep expertise in Shopify, media buying, email marketing, CRO, and A/B testing.
  • Proven ability to grow revenue, increase customer acquisition, and drive AOV (average order value).
  • Hands-on approach to testing, learning, and iterating growth strategies.

KPIs for this Role:

  • Revenue Growth: Constantly pushing to increase the overall revenue of our brands.
  • Churn Rate Reduction: Keeping customers engaged and reducing the rate of drop-off.
  • Acquisition & AOV: Driving customer acquisition while optimizing the average order value.
  • Managing departments: media buyers, email marketers, product owners

Compensation:
