Our financial institution, insurance client is looking for Pace to provide augmented staff for a year-long project. This role will be an embedded staff member to the client, employed by Pace.
For this remote role, we are currently accepting candidates residing in the following states – NC, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ME, MI, NJ, NY, OR, SC, TN, TX, VT.
POSITION SUMMARY:
- Help execute the optimization and implementation of search engine optimization tactics across digital properties to increase organic traffic from search engines (Google, Bing, etc.). This position is key to future growth and will be responsible for management of organic search.
- To accomplish this, the SEO Manager must have expertise performing technical analysis, keyword research, on-page optimization, content gap analysis, competitive analysis, and reporting required for effective site optimization.
- Partner with Stakeholders to execute SEO initiatives to drive traffic growth in support of business goals.
- Stay current with algorithm changes and new advances in Search Engine Optimization best practices, the competitive landscape, vendor capabilities; leverage that knowledge to influence optimization strategies.
- Manage customer and business needs by translating optimization goals into tactical action items; measuring progress in achieving results; and identifying and addressing improvement opportunities.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree mandatory; Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) preferred
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or business-related work experience
- 4 years of experience working in Search Engine Optimization
- 4 years of experience with web analytics tools such as Site Catalyst or Adobe Insights and content management systems such as Adobe CQ/Web Experience Manager
- 4 years of experience with search engine optimization tools such as BrightEdge, SEMrush, Searchmetrics, SEO Clarity, Google AdWords, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Proven track record of delivering qualified search engine traffic.
- Ability to form relationships/partnerships and lead by influence.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to drive meaningful actions from large data sets.
- Expert level knowledge in SEO best practices and industry trends
- SEO experience for large corporations ideally in financial services
WHAT WE OFFER
- The salary for this position will range from $71,800 – 100,500 depending on experience, education, geographical location, and other factors.
