Junior Graphic Designer (Remote)

Bendon, a much-loved, iconic New Zealand lingerie brand, is entering an exciting period of growth. We’re seeking a Junior Graphic Designer & Email Marketing Specialist with a strong background in Klaviyo and a passion for design and marketing, to join our cross-functional marketing and digital team.

Your Role:

In this dynamic role, no two days will be the same. You’ll navigate the fast-paced retail industry with resilience and tenacity, implementing your creativity in all aspects of our business. Your enthusiasm for communicating our story of female empowerment through design will be unmistakable and encouraged at every turn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital and POS Asset Creation: Handle creative briefs across retail and e-commerce to deliver digital assets on a weekly basis. You’ll design assets for our Retail and Outlet Stores, Ecommerce Stores, Paid Ad campaigns, while ensuring UX/UI design changes are implemented seamlessly.
• Email Marketing: Lead the design and execution of weekly email campaigns using Klaviyo. Experience with Klaviyo is essential, and you should be able to design and build directly within this platform.
• Content Development: Assist the marketing team in the collaborative creation of compelling content. This will include developing both static and video content for our social and digital channels.
• Team Engagement: Foster a culture of open discussion and debate on business-related matters, encouraging alignment and commitment towards achieving our goals.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of digital design experience within a creative agency, brand, or retailer in-house studio.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid experience with Klaviyo, comfortable with designing and building directly within the platform.
• Experience managing external agency partnerships.
• Passion for digital marketing, digital design, and improving the customer experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work seamlessly to deadlines.
• Video editing and graphic animation skills are highly desirable.
