Direct Response Video Advertiser / Personal Editor (Full-Time)

About the Role:

Are you an expert in direct response advertising and looking to make a real impact? I’m seeking a skilled Direct Response Video Advertiser to join me full-time. You’ll be responsible for crafting and refining our direct response ads, managing my YouTube videos, and producing short-form content. This role is full-time and no agencies or freelancers are allowed to apply. If you’re currently freelancing, that’s fine, but this position is dedicated full-time work.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $3,000 – $10,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience
• Performance Bonuses: Offered based on individual contributions

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with me to create high-impact direct response video ads for our rapidly growing education company, which has scaled to over $1.5 million per month and aims to reach $5 million monthly.
• Create, edit, and refine content across YouTube and various short-form video platforms.
• Work one-on-one with me daily, bringing the best out of our content and driving growth.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in direct response advertising with a strong portfolio of successful video ad campaigns.
• Experience in editing YouTube videos and short-form content.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high expectations.
• Self-motivated, performance-driven, and ready to engage in innovative projects.
