Key Responsibilities
- Deliver captivating demonstrations of our advanced payment platform, showcasing its features and advantages.
- Tailor presentations to effectively communicate our products and services in alignment with client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with clients to identify their unique challenges and propose impactful payment solutions.
- Oversee high-value customer accounts, providing strategic direction to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Manage complex projects across various teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives for maximum impact.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase account value and drive revenue growth through consultative engagement.
- Provide expert support to resolve client issues and enhance long-term satisfaction, while collecting feedback to improve our services.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in client success, technical account management, or sales engineering within a B2B context.
- Proven success in managing high-value customer accounts and driving retention.
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities with a track record of leading impactful initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of payment platforms and customer success strategies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for effective demonstrations and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Experience in managing high-impact projects and delivering measurable results.
- Proficiency in advanced sales enablement and analytics tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Competitive base salary (paid semi-monthly).
