Role Overview

Are you passionate about food and nutrition? We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Nutrition and Meals to help shape our meal and nutrition offerings for the coming year. You will analyze market trends and craft a strategic roadmap to guide our initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will drive product strategy and execution to foster growth and innovation in a dynamic, competitive landscape.

What You’ll Do

Trend Spotting: Dive into market trends and help us envision the future of our meals and nutrition products.

Product Journey: Oversee our food products from the sourcing phase to their availability online. Your role will be crucial in bringing our ideas to life!

Customer Advocate: Serve as the voice of our customers internally, working to enhance their experience and drive meaningful changes.

Market Research: Collaborate with our marketing team to conduct thorough market research. Identify trends, understand our competition, and capture customer needs to fuel our growth.

Strategic Leadership: Develop and manage innovative product strategies while leading business planning efforts for our meals and nutrition business.

It’s a Perfect Match If You Have

Experience: Over 5 years in product development, particularly in nutrition and meals, is essential.

Skills: Proven experience with product road mapping and go-to-market planning, coupled with strong leadership and execution abilities.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, with a passion for interacting with development teams, stakeholders, third-party vendors, and researchers.

Attitude: A proactive, “roll up your sleeves” mindset that thrives in a hands-on environment.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $115,000 – $230,000 total compensation package. We offer a competitive salary that may include variable compensation such as bonuses and equity. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
