What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage teams of internal staff and consultants on healthcare-related projects
• Collaborate with owners and builders to ensure project objectives are met
• Plan and execute project budgets and schedules for various project sizes
• Negotiate and manage contracts with consultants and owners
• Participate in marketing and business development efforts

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing behavioral health projects
• Expertise in working with hospital, clinic, and other medical project types
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and schedules effectively
• Experience leading teams of architects and external consultants
• Familiarity with Revit in all phases of design and documentation

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with education, science and technology projects
• Architectural license in Minnesota, Nebraska, or Wisconsin
• Skills in mentoring and coaching less experienced employees
• Strong communication skills with client leadership
• Involvement in marketing and business development initiatives
