Marketing Manager | Get It – Marketing | United States
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and support the strategic planning and implementation of multi-channel, cross-functional marketing campaigns. In this role, you’ll help drive go-to-market strategies that engage, acquire, and retain customers, positioning our organization as a leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate on the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns tailored to our target audiences.
Gain a deep understanding of our customer segments through frameworks like Job-to-Be-Done (JTBD) and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Work closely with Lifecycle and other channel teams to ensure seamless campaign distribution throughout the customer journey.
Assist in coordinating campaign execution, aligning with internal stakeholders to meet objectives and timelines.
Contribute to developing and executing a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy across all funnel stages to boost brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and promotional activities.
Help create compelling messaging and strategic positioning to communicate the product’s unique value to target audiences.
Track, analyze, and optimize the effectiveness of all marketing programs using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for continuous improvement.
Contribute to building end-to-end customer lifecycle campaigns.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in demand generation or campaign marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong communication skills and comfortable working cross-functionally with different teams.
A collaborative team player who enjoys breaking down silos and fostering cooperation across departments.
Strong project management skills with experience coordinating multiple projects across teams and adhering to deadlines.
Familiarity with content creation and marketing channels such as digital ads, CRM, and social media.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Interest or exposure to video marketing and virtual events is a plus.
Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Experience in crafting compelling messaging, positioning, and content across a variety of marketing channels.
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms for campaign management and optimization.
Excellent analytical skills, capable of using data to enhance campaign performance and meet business goals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and a results-driven mentality.
Salary Range
Base pay for this position ranges from $97,000 to $122,000 USD, depending on experience and location.
