Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to shape and execute our brand marketing strategy. In this role, you will oversee content production and cultivate a vibrant community through influencer partnerships, social media engagement, and affiliate management. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of modern social media dynamics.
What You’ll Do
Brand Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with our brand vision and business goals. Oversee the creation of compelling content across various channels.
Community Management: Build and nurture relationships with influencers, manage gifting programs, and oversee social media postings to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Affiliate and Partnership Management: Develop and manage affiliate programs and strategic partnerships to drive growth and foster brand loyalty.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives. Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform strategies.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign performance, utilizing data to optimize and enhance future efforts.
Who You Are
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in brand marketing, with direct experience in social media and influencer marketing.
Skills: Exceptional creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Proficient in marketing analytics and performance tracking tools.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with a hands-on approach and willingness to engage in the execution of campaigns.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Possess strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
