Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Brand Manager to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for leading and managing one or more of our priority consumer brands. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and will bring a digital-first marketing approach to the table. This position is perfect for someone who is a strategic thinker with a strong general management background, and who values collaboration and teamwork to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Planning & P&L Management:
Develop and execute brand plans that meet P&L targets. This includes strategy around advertising, promotions, and market research. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies/vendors to achieve exceptional market outcomes.
Program Management & Execution
Oversee the daily logistics of brand programs, ensuring timelines, budgets, and performance metrics are met. Manage and execute digital-first marketing campaigns including paid social, SEM, SEO, influencer marketing, organic social, content creation, connected TV, programmatic video, and display.
Market Analysis
Analyze consumption data to identify market trends and actionable insights. Use this data to support the broader business in understanding market dynamics and uncovering new opportunities.
Leadership & Coaching
As a manager, you will lead one direct report. Prior experience in team leadership and mentoring is essential to foster growth and development within the marketing team.
Sales Collaboration & Support
Collaborate with sales teams, offering strong brand insights in both retail and ecommerce channels, particularly Amazon and Walmart.com. Work closely with Category Management to provide best-in-class materials for retailer presentations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Marketing (or equivalent experience).
A minimum of 8 years of experience in brand marketing (agency experience is not applicable).
Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), personal care/HBA, or homecare preferred. DTC CPG experience is a plus.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Focused on achieving goals efficiently and effectively, ensuring results are delivered with precision.
Entrepreneurial Spirit
Comfortable with hands-on work and able to make decisions with limited information. Self-reliant, proactive, and capable of taking initiative to drive results.
Additional Information
Travel: Up to 10% (car, plane, rail).
Work Environment: Moderate noise level in the office. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities.
Hybrid Work Schedule: Office presence required Tuesday to Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Monday and Friday.
Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Salary Range: $145K to $175K, based on experience.

Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret business materials, write reports and correspondence, and present information clearly and effectively.
Mathematical Skills
Able to calculate figures such as discounts, commissions, percentages, and apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagrammed instructions and solve problems with multiple variables.
Physical Demands
Regular sitting, occasional standing, walking, and lifting (up to 10 pounds). Specific vision abilities required, including close vision and ability to adjust focus.
