What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Enhance the I.T. Service Management suite of technologies as a product Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Analyze, plan, develop, integrate, implement, and coordinate projects related to information systems
• Consult with supervisors to resolve policy questions and coordinate activities with other programs
• Work on multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring adherence to program objectives and timelines
• Support operations, maintenance, and installation of information systems

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Five (5) years of information systems experience, including documented experience with programming languages and Windows Server stack
• An Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, along with three (3) years of relevant experience
• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, with one (1) year of information systems experience
• Ability to work effectively with diverse end-users and team members
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with I.T. Service Management software (e.g., Broadcom, Ivanti, Jira)
• Mature understanding of system APIs and interconnected systems
• Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, CSS, HTML, and C#
• Experience coordinating small projects or project management training
• Familiarity with MS SQL stack and database administration
