Sr.Backend Engineer 

Work from Home – Full Time

10 am – 7 PM CET time zone.

Your Impact

As a developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our real-time language translation platform, ensuring its performance, reliability, and scalability. Day-to-Day 

● Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure the project meets business objectives and compliance standards 

● Develop and support test and deployment of new products and features

● Maintain and update existing software applications as needed, troubleshoot and resolve software issues as needed 

● Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery 

● Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code that adheres to coding standards and best practices 

● Follow new and emerging technologies to continuously enhance backend development processes.

Qualifications 

● You are suitable for this position if you already have experience with the following:

○ .NET 8 

○ .NET testing framework 

○ Authentication/Authorization (OAuth, OIDC, JWT) 

○ Strong skills in design patterns and best practices 

○ NoSQL 

○ DDD 

○ Microservices Architecture 

○ API design 

○ Git 

○ SignalR 

○ 1 NoSQL a 1 SQL database 

○ Minimum 3 years of experience 

● Experience with the following is also highly desirable: 

○ Microsoft Orleans 

○ Entity Framework 

○ Docker 

○ Kubernetes 

○ Azure/GCP/AWS 

○ RavenDB 

○ Redis 

○ Push/Web notifications 

● Company have an international team. You have to be English fluent for now (has to be able to write and speak, doesn’t have to be advanced)

Screening and interview rounds :

Code challenge – We will send them a short coding task that candidates can do on their own time, usually taking between 2-3 hours

Culture fit interview – Interviewer: CTO (manager)

Technical interview – This is where we delve deeper into the candidate’s technical knowledge
