Growth Marketing Manager Wfh (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead new channel experiments, including the design and scoping of tests, setting key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluating external vendors/agencies, and crafting audience strategies.
• Identify successful channels and amplify their impact through strategic execution.
• Oversee creative production for assigned channels by collaborating with internal teams and external partnerships.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies, establish objectives, and forecast future outcomes.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with a proven record in managing paid channels with multi-million dollar budgets; prior experience in a high-growth startup is highly desirable.
• Proficient across various channels such as Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Direct Mail, Digital Audio, and Referral Programs.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with tools like Metabase and Amplitude; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience in driving effective creative production, managing internal or external creative teams, and conducting hypothesis-driven tests; familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, or CapCut is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication abilities; thrives in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
