In your capacity as a Senior Demand and Supply Planner, you will play a pivotal role in sculpting our supply chain framework, ensuring the equilibrium of demand and supply while facilitating seamless operations. You will be engaging with various teams across the organization, optimizing inventory management, enhancing forecasting precision, and contributing to decisions that significantly influence our financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and enhance demand forecasts by analyzing market trends, sales data, and customer feedback.
• Partner with suppliers to refine supply plans, navigate risks, and guarantee timely material delivery.
• Evaluate inventory levels, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and implement effective strategies to align stock levels with cost efficiency.
• Utilize data analytics to recognize trends, support informed decision-making, and drive ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with teams in sales, marketing, engineering, finance, and operations to synchronize supply chain initiatives with organizational goals.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (an MBA is advantageous).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks, perform under pressure, and excel in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to collaborate across diverse functional teams.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related area is essential.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning is required.
