Key Responsibilities
As the Associate Content Marketing Manager, you will:
- Lead and guide a team of up to three content marketers across various B2B and B2C client accounts, with your experience influencing client allocation.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to uncover content opportunities.
- Generate high-quality, comprehensive articles on various topics with minimal oversight.
- Tailor tone and complexity to meet the needs of different audiences while adhering to style guidelines.
- Effectively incorporate feedback from editors, clients, and colleagues.
- Oversee content planning, including ideation, scheduling, editing, and promotion.
- Manage client relationships through monthly reporting and regular communications via email and phone.
- For B2C clients, handle link acquisition initiatives and stay informed on outreach and link-building practices.
- For B2B clients, deploy link-generating strategies encompassing passive link acquisition and niche outreach.
- Strive for excellence by continually enhancing content quality and identifying new growth avenues for clients.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and share valuable insights with your team to foster collective learning and development.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Over 4 years of experience in content marketing with a strong emphasis on SEO-driven blog content.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SEO best practices and proficiency in keyword research tools such as Ahrefs, SemRush, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio.
- Experience in collaborating on and providing insights regarding design best practices.
- A proven track record of producing clear, insightful client reports.
- Comfort in engaging with clients or working within an agency setting.
- An aptitude for swiftly acquiring knowledge on new topics and becoming a subject matter expert.
Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced agency environment (1-2 years preferred).
- Experience managing a team of content marketing professionals (1-2 years preferred).
- Familiarity with remote work environments is advantageous.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and a keen eye for web design is a plus.
- Experience with outreach and reviewing teammates’ work is also beneficial.

This role is fully remote and based in the U.S., offering a competitive salary range of (71,000.00 to )75,000.00 depending on your experience, along with an array of comprehensive benefits:
