• Operating model design and execution
• Strategy execution – through collaborative design, transformation hubs and command centres
• Creative and service design
• Program and project management and PMO delivery

Alchemy Partners works with C-Suite clients across government and private sectors, with teams based in Canberra and Sydney.
Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a management consultant to work on client engagements in Sydney. Some of our work is with government, so security clearance would be preferable but not a requisite. We are seeking a number of people at the equivalent of Senior Consultant, Manager, Senior Manager and Director.
Example qualifications and experience are outlined below. Alchemy Partners does not expect candidates to have all these skills; we will seek to expand each team member’s experience to develop new skills. Experience may include:
• Project management, critical thinking and problem-solving – i.e. a good broad based consulting background.
• Leading or facilitating business transformation, organisational design, large-scale change and / or strategy development.
• Designing and implementing operating models.
• Leading small consulting teams on client engagements.
• Facilitating collaboration sessions, co-design workshops or Command Centres / War Rooms.
• Developing and implementing change management frameworks.
• Analysing, documenting and improving business processes.
The role is hybrid, depending on client needs, with at least three days per week usually required in client offices. Team members work from home when appropriate and will need to have a suitable working space.

• We pay market rates equivalent to the Big 4 pay scales. Depending on level salaries are between $105k and $230k excluding super and bonuses.
