Growth Marketing Manager (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new channel experimentation by scoping, designing, and implementing channel tests, establishing KPIs, assessing vendors/agencies, and crafting audience strategies.
• Identify channels that yield successful outcomes and strategically scale them through effective execution.
• Oversee the creative production for your channels in collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.
• Conduct comprehensive campaign performance analysis to inform strategic direction, establish goals, and forecast future metrics.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, demonstrating a successful history in managing multi-million dollar paid channels.
• Proficiency in diverse marketing channels, including Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Direct Mail, Digital Audio, and Referral Programs.
• Strong analytical skills, with expertise in Excel and familiarity with analytics tools like Metabase and Amplitude; SQL knowledge is advantageous.
• Experience in producing effective creative content and managing both in-house and external creative teams, driving the testing of hypotheses.
• Exceptional attention to detail, robust communication skills, and a strong ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in high-growth startup environments.
