Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects from routing and siting through to construction compliance.
• Lead resource teams on environmental studies and the preparation of permit applications, including FERC Section 7© and Third-party EIS documentation.
• Collaborate with federal, state, and local agencies to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and GIS analysts, to facilitate project success.
• Engage with the public and stakeholders during hearings and meetings to communicate project details.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and forecasting effectively.
• Participate in business development initiatives and attend industry conferences to enhance professional networks.
• Conduct field reviews and compliance inspections to ensure project adherence to environmental standards.

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge of environmental licensing and permitting processes for pipelines.
• Strong familiarity with FERC regulations and federal environmental policies.

Qualifications
