You will partner closely with Business Technology (BT) leaders to drive team productivity and ensure seamless project delivery. This senior-level position represents a remarkable opportunity for an individual with extensive knowledge of Agile practices to mentor and guide teams in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment and maintaining project momentum.
• Support BT Leaders: Partner with Business Technology leaders to define best practices, enhance workflows, and elevate team performance.
• Provide Agile Guidance: Act as a mentor to team members, fostering adherence to Scrum practices and Agile values.
• Remove Obstacles: Identify and assist in resolving impediments that hinder the team’s capacity to deliver high-quality results.
• Foster a Collaborative Environment: Cultivate a positive team culture that promotes open communication, teamwork, and accountability.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Inspire the team to continually refine processes and incorporate constructive feedback.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders: Serve as a bridge between team members and stakeholders, effectively communicating project progress, updates, and expectations.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a senior capacity, implementing Agile methodologies and nurturing productive team dynamics.
• Effective communication abilities to engage team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude to identify and mitigate project obstacles.
• Proven leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward shared objectives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a Scrum Master role, ideally at a senior level.
