Lead Designer (Remote)

This is a Full-time Remote Position with timings from 12PM to 9PM. Please read the Job Description in detail before applying.

We are recruiting for a company providing end-to-end IT services and solutions with 18+ partnerships (e. g., ManageEngine, Veeam, & Quest). We are looking for an effective, honest, and reliable Designer who will work in English and remotely. Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma, ensuring that design solutions are aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Animations: Create engaging and interactive animations that enhance user experience and provide a dynamic and visually appealing interface.
• Graphic Design: Design and produce various graphic elements, including icons, illustrations, and visual assets that contribute to a cohesive design language.
• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. Analyze user feedback to continuously improve and iterate on design solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, manager, and designers, to ensure the successful implementation of designs and adherence to design standards.
• Design Systems: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and address user experience issues, proposing innovative and effective design solutions that enhance usability and overall user satisfaction.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design to ensure that our designs remain modern and competitive.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Figma: Demonstrated experience using Figma for design and prototyping, including the ability to create and manage design systems and components.
• Design Skills: Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, visual design, and interaction design. Experience with responsive design and designing for multiple platforms.
• Animations: Experience creating animations that enhance user interactions and engagement.
• Graphic Design: Ability to produce high-quality graphic elements and visual assets that align with the overall design strategy.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and handle feedback constructively.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating user-friendly solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or InVision.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and understanding how designs are implemented.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
