As an established leader in the renewables industry, we seek a proactive Human Resource Manager who will play a pivotal role in aligning our human capital strategy with our organizational goals.
What You’ll Do:
The Human Resource Manager will oversee a range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. You will drive a culture of excellence, engagement, and innovation while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, working to attract top talent and streamline onboarding procedures.
- Facilitate the development and maintenance of employee performance management systems that encourage productivity and excellence.
- Provide guidance to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws while promoting a culture of open communication.
- Oversee and enhance employee engagement and training programs to foster professional growth and a robust company culture.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to drive continuous improvement within the HR function.
- Ensure compliance with all labor regulations, including reporting and documentation, and manage employee relations issues promptly and fairly.
- Maintain employee records and prepare regular HR metrics and reports for management review.
- Actively participate in the development of policies, balancing employee needs and operational requirements.

What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the renewable energy or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in employee engagement strategies and performance management systems.
- Demonstrated capability in leading HR initiatives, policy development, and organizational change.
- Proficient in HR software systems and MS Office Suite.
