We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Pipelining Project Manager to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will possess FERC Section 7© and Third-party EIS documentation experience. This position is entirely remote, provided that you are located within the USA and meet the outlined qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of projects from routing and siting through to construction compliance.
• Lead teams in conducting environmental studies and managing permit applications, including FERC Section 7© and Third-party EIS documents.
• Liaise with federal, state, and local regulatory bodies to ensure project alignment with environmental standards.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, attorneys, and GIS analysts.
• Communicate proactively with public stakeholders during hearings and meetings.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and forecasting with precision.
• Participate in business development and represent the company at industry conferences.
• Conduct field reviews and ensure compliance through inspections.

Required Skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of FERC regulations and federal environmental legislation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to project management.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Teams, and MS Dynamics for effective reporting and tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in environmental licensing and permitting within the pipeline sector.
• Proven expertise in managing both small to mid-sized projects ((25k to )100k) and larger projects exceeding $500k.
