Senior Software Engineer (Remote)

We’re in growth mode and looking to add a dynamic Senior Software Engineer to our PayNearMe team. This position will report to the Director, Core Applications.

As a senior engineer on our applications team, you will have significant responsibility, owning code that enables our business partners and consumers to move billions of dollars.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience as a software engineer with strong Ruby and Rails expertise
• Experience working in large codebases and communicating effectively about code
• Ability to make practical decisions and write well-tested, secure, and performant code
• Commitment to respect and support team members of all levels and backgrounds
• Experience with modularizing applications and solving complex performance problems
• Knowledge of design patterns supporting long-term sustainability

Salary Range:$175,000 – $200,000
