Role

You will work at the forefront of AI, building robust defenses within the AI cybersecurity market. Your role will focus on expanding and enhancing innovative defenses, ensuring GenAI applications are deployed securely at scale.

You will lead the development of advanced models that deliver exceptional performance in real time. This includes identifying edge cases for detectors and curating complex threat datasets to optimize model performance. Your contributions will ensure consistent delivery of top-tier defences with a rapid deployment cycle.

Driven by a passion for shaping the future, you’ll work on pioneering ideas that establish the secure use of AI for the long term, ensuring AI can reach its full, positive potential.

Responsibilities/Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with a track record of being a key member of teams building complex backend systems and ML solutions.
• Expert level proficiency in languages like Python, Java, C#, C++, Scala, etc.
• Strong data structures, algorithms, and OO software design and implementation skills.
• Ability to learn and operate across full stack, ideally from ML and NLP systems, to cloud infrastructure, and AI backend.
• Proven experience as a creative and strategic thinker, focused on designing powerful, robust, and adaptable solutions.
• Track record of successfully influencing product direction through a strong perspective that motivates engineers to develop simple, pragmatic solutions to complex problems.
