Job summary:
NetApp is seeking an experienced Communications Business Partner to join our dynamic Corporate Communications organization, supporting our Go-To-Market (GTM) and Sales team. This role is crucial in developing and executing communication strategies that ensure our global field organization is well-informed, inspired, and prepared to take decisive action. Job responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Communication Strategies: Lead the GTM editorial content and content roadmap strategy, crafting compelling communication campaigns, events for the field
Manage Field Communications Programs/Campaigns: Oversee messages from the President, webcasts, blogs, vlogs, and global all-hands meetings to ensure consistent and engaging communication. Partner with the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success (SMS&CS) leadership team to drive GTM Field Communications Strategic Plans for key events and programs
Conduct Communications Benchmarking: Maintain and analyze the annual communications benchmark survey, developing best practices to enhance field and executive communications
Support Field Programs and Events: Create communication plans and materials for field programs and events such as surveys, “know before you go” guides, and field flash communications
Facilitate Global Meetings: Support Global Field Operations all-hands meetings and internal events with content development and meeting production
Sales Storytelling: Craft and share compelling stories that highlight sales successes and initiatives
Job requirements:

12+ years of experience in Information Technology
Experience in GTM Organizations: Must have exposure to field or GTM organizations (Sales, Partner, Services, Customer, Marketing) and understand the roles within a Sales organization
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, preferably with experience in high-growth settings
Tech and Data Management Expertise: Experience in tech and data management organizations is essential; understanding of cloud-based data solutions is a bonus
Sales Enablement Knowledge: Experience with sales enablement, learning management, and project management is advantageous
Global Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours to support global time zones (EMEA, AMER, APAC)

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is $167K – $235K. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
