Responsibilities :
As a Customer Care and Sales Representative, you will:

  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing service recommendations.
  • Utilize your excellent communication and sales skills to build sustainable relationships and trust with customer.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Excellent English communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Having strong conflict resolution skills helps customer care executives resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Strong English communication skills are vital for building rapport, understanding customer needs, and active listening.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Interpersonal Communication Skills with positive attitude, patience and empathy.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
  • Availability to work night shifts.

Job Description:

  • This is a night shift position with working hours from 8:30pm to 6am IST (Indian Standard Time).
  • While this position requires working during non-traditional hours, we offer comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in the role.
