As a Customer Care and Sales Representative, you will:

- Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing service recommendations.
- Utilize your excellent communication and sales skills to build sustainable relationships and trust with customer.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Requirements and Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills are essential for this role.
- Having strong conflict resolution skills helps customer care executives resolve customer issues promptly.

- Availability to work night shifts.
Job Description:

- This is a night shift position with working hours from 8:30pm to 6am IST (Indian Standard Time).
