Position: Senior Product Manager (Healthcare Advertising / AdTech platform)

Location: Remote/Ahmedabad (WFO as and when required)

Job Description:

As part of the journey to establish Company’s healthcare DSP offerings in the pharma advertising space, this role will play a pivotal part in building and leading a comprehensive strategy to position Company as a leader in this space. The role involves developing a product roadmap to enhance monetization through ad formats, media types, channels, and healthcare-specific messaging tactics, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and user experience expectations. Collaboration across various functions, including engineering, data science, business development, and account management, is essential to drive product development and meet business targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a product roadmap to enhance monetization, with a focus on expanding ad formats, media types, channels, and healthcare-specific messaging tactics.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to create business requirements and develop new products.
• Define, prioritize, and implement features to establish Company’s healthcare ad stack, ensuring alignment with business targets and optimal user experience.
• Act as the primary interface for collaboration and communication between the product team, internal stakeholders, and business users within Company.
• Leverage business acumen in product management to handle client interactions, deliver presentations, analyze competition, and drive Company products to the next level.

About You:

• You have 10+ years of experience in building advertising products for web and app platforms, with at least 3 years focused on healthcare advertising platforms.
• You bring startup experience and a strong focus on developing MVPs with a respect for time-to-market considerations.
• You possess hands-on experience with ad platforms and a proven ability to build ad products from the ground up; experience with EHR systems, healthcare planners, or measurement studies is a bonus.
• You excel at creating comprehensive documentation, including business cases, functional specifications, PRDs, and user stories, and have a strong analytical ability to generate insights from both web and mobile analytics.
• You are highly skilled in agile development methodologies, possess excellent presentation and interpersonal communication abilities, and can work independently with a detail-oriented and solution-focused approach.
