Job Summary:
Acelot Innovation Private Limited (AIPL) is looking for a dynamic and driven Key Account Manager – Corporate Sales who will focus on B2B sales of Corporate Training and AI-powered Learning Management Systems (LMS). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, has an entrepreneurial mindset, and is looking to grow into a leadership position with potential ESOP benefits after one year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- 80% Hunting: Drive new business acquisition by identifying and targeting potential clients, primarily HR Heads, L&D Heads, CXOs, Business Heads, and SME owners.
- 20% Farming: Manage existing accounts to deepen relationships and generate additional business.
- Lead generation, pipeline management, and end-to-end sales cycle management (prospecting to closure).
- LMS Product Expertise:
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations of Acelot’s LMS to potential clients.
- Articulate the ROI and measurable impact of corporate training and LMS, positioning them as profit-enhancing tools, not just costs.
- Consultative Selling:
- Build and maintain CXO-level relationships by demonstrating value in workforce productivity, skill development, and business outcomes.
- Develop customized proposals to address client needs, with a focus on long-term solutions and impact.
- Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Work in close coordination with the management to develop strategic sales initiatives.
- Entrepreneurial Drive:
- Operate with a startup mindset, taking full ownership of targets, growth initiatives, and client satisfaction.
- Aspire to grow into a leadership role with enhanced responsibilities and rewards.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or related fields. AI expertise is a plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably with exposure to selling LMS solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in corporate training or e-learning domains.
- Strong relationship-building skills at senior management levels (CXOs, HR Heads, etc.).
- Consultative selling approach with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a remote work environment, with flexibility to travel for client meetings.
- Team player who can thrive in a dynamic startup culture.
- Female candidates are preferred for this role.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary structure with a 50% fixed and 50% variable component.
- High earning potential with uncapped incentives for exceeding sales targets.
- ESOP eligibility and leadership role transition upon successful completion of the first year.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
