Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging documentation, making it accessible for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Implement a ‘doc-as-code’ approach to produce high-quality documentation, ensuring it meets accuracy standards and is easily maintainable.
- Work closely with internal teams (QA, Product, Project Management) to gather requirements and ensure that documentation reflects new product features and changes.
- Explore and implement innovative methods for packaging and delivering technical content.
- Develop deep product and domain knowledge to ensure documentation is thorough, accurate, and user-friendly.
- Publish documentation in line with corporate style guidelines to maintain consistency across all materials.
Requirements
- Proven experience in producing high-quality technical and user documentation (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong ability to understand complex technical solutions and translate them into clear, accessible content that highlights the products benefits for end-users.
- A keen interest in staying up-to-date with current trends in the technical communication industry.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent language and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with source control systems like Git and GitHub.
- Experience with structured authoring platforms (e.g., wiki markup, HTML, JSON, DITA) for creating and managing technical content.
- Familiarity with online content management systems and publishing platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various internal teamsProduct, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Marketingto create and maintain high-quality documentation, including user guides, admin guides, installation manuals, release notes, FAQs, and marketing collateral.
- Research, brainstorm, and build Information Architecture templates to ensure consistency across all documentation and improve content reusability.
- Use different techniques and mediums to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training materials and product documentation.
