$100K – $120K including super

Relevant Information:

This firm has 8 directors and 30 + staff across 3 offices and uses Xero for practice manager and Tax.  

This role is in Indooroopilly where you’ll be working with a team of around  20 staff comprised of accountants, administrators, bookkeepers and financial planners.

The Role  – Senior / Supervisor with pathway to Manager and beyond

• Supporting 2 modern, personable and family friendly directors
• Compliance work and reviewing of compliance work of juniors
• Supporting junior staff with queries
• Once across systems and producing your own compliance work, the reviewing will ramp up and progression to supervisor / manager will kick in
• Exposure to Business Advisory Services

The ideal candidate will have; 

• 1 – 3 + years Australian Public Practice Accounting experience at a senior level 
• A passion for helping Australian Businesses
• The drive to invest in your own future and be part of an all-inclusive supportive culture
• CA/CPA Qualifications
• A persona with leadership qualities that enjoys and gains sincere satisfaction in nurturing younger accountants to progress their careers
