Based in South Nowra on the South Coast, we operate across Southern NSW and throughout Sydney. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the delivery of projects to high-quality standards and measurable KPIs.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality using our established Project Management Processes.
Foster effective communication and engagement with stakeholders, including team and client meetings.
Mitigate risk exposure through proactive risk identification and quality assurance measures.
Maintain project cash flow accuracy and adherence to safety protocols outlined in Climax’s WHS management system.
Key Selection Criteria:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and computer literacy.
Meticulous attention to detail, ability to manage deadlines, and work well under pressure.
Enthusiastic and positive attitude with knowledge of project management practices such as PMBOK.
PMP certification and extensive experience in managing successful HVAC projects are desirable.
