ABOUT THE COMPANY.

This company is a design & construct fit-out and refurbishment leader in the market. Their projects are unique and bespoke to each Client and they work with some of the most recognised businesses and brands in Australia. ABOUT THE POSITION.

This position involves all aspects of the fit-out process, from early Client consultation, design development, through to design & project delivery. The key elements of your role will include Project Delivery, Systems & Process Management, Elevating the Design Team standards and some elements of Business Development.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Business Development and early Client consultation
• Design delivery – all stages
• Systems and Process Management, inclusive of design standards
• Project Management & Delivery – inclusive of site visits 
• Team Management and oversight of team member’s projects
• Elevate and support the wider team
• Documentation in ArchiCAD

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. 

• Proven experience in Commercial office fit-out/refurbishment
• Experience in early design as well as detailed project delivery
• Working knowledge of ArchiCAD preferred but not essential
• Experience in team management as well as standard and system management
• Excellent communication and relationship management
• Commercial mindset with a strong focus on customer service
