Position Overview

As an HCC Video Editor, you’ll transform raw footage into polished, professional content, including YouTube videos, Shorts, IG Reels, and TikTok edits. You’ll work closely with our project managers to define brand messages, strategies, and visual layouts, ensuring every video aligns with the client’s brand and engages their audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form YouTube videos precisely, using transitions, sound effects, animations, and more.
• Create high-quality short-form videos tailored for social platforms like IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
• Develop strategic storyboards and creative direction to bring each video to life.
• Collaborate with clients to incorporate feedback, ensuring their vision is fully realized.
• Stay updated on the latest editing tools, techniques, and trends to keep our content fresh and impactful.
• Recycle long form videos into short form videos for socials

You must be able to edit and deliver at least 3 videos PER Day (varies based on complexity)

• Most of the videos we work with are 10-minute youtube videos that require cleaning, text pop-ups, sounds, branding, researching brolls, and other effects. If you have 3 youtube videos each 10-15 min in raw footage length, you will be expected to deliver at least 3 of those per day, especially by using AI tools to make your process faster and more efficient. This is a strict requirement.
