Crm Manager Commercial (Remote)

• Work with the CRM Manager IT to develop and implement new products and features to ensure integration of Salesforce with various systems
• Participate in Salesforce and implementation partner summits
• Managing roles and supporting the day-to-day use of CRM
• Work closely with stakeholders, CRM manager, IT and others to ensure alignment and integration
• Managing relationships with external partners and vendors from a business perspective
• Training key users from various departments such as Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and R&D

Your strengths

• Completed studies in business/economics and/or computer science or comparable knowledge
• Several years of professional experience in an international industrial company in dealing with Salesforce CRM
• Experience in working with international, cross-functional teams and managing internal stakeholders and external partners
• Close collaboration with various stakeholders in the organization, including senior management
• Understanding and ability to analyze complex issues related to processes and reporting as well as problem solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills and strong adaptability
• Very good handling of Excel & PowerPoint
• Fluency in German and English
• Intercultural competence and business fluent in English
