Product Marketing Manager V | Linda Werner & Associates Inc | Worldwide
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Product Marketer with expertise in the retail industry and a focus on developing advertising products for retail businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising strategy, with a deep understanding of the retail industry’s competitive landscape, trends, and business models. This role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive results and the ability to develop and execute global launch plans for marketplace products. Excellent analytical and communication skills, along with comfort in navigating ambiguity, are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead market assessments, quantitative analysis, and qualitative feedback, representing the market’s voice internally with Product Management and Engineering.
- Identify significant long-term opportunities through research, analysis, and strategic market insights.
- Plan and lead cross-functional efforts to drive successful global go-to-market (GTM) strategies for businesses.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company’s broader ecosystem and competitive landscape to develop strategic product feedback and positioning.
- Define and manage comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including positioning, policy, launch strategy, and public relations.
- Partner effectively with Product Management and outbound marketing to lead world-class product marketing communications for new business products.
- Communicate the value proposition of new products to all go-to-market teams and ensure the creation of effective sales support materials and packages.
- Drive product adoption and usage rates by supporting market-facing programs and providing effective product launch support.
Required Qualifications:
- Quantitative analytical experience or coursework.
- Experience synthesizing analysis and communicating concepts.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results.
- Permanent U.S. work authorization (company sponsorship is not available).
- Strong history of autonomy, rapid learning, and executional excellence.
- MBA degree (preferred but not required).
- Experience in a start-up environment or digital marketing.
- Experience in a product marketing role, closely partnering with product management and/or engineering to represent market requirements and supporting product launches.
Location: Remote ( Bay Area, CA)
Role type: Contract 8 Months Position
Expected hours: 40 per week
