Senior Production Designer (Remote)

We are looking for a highly skilled UI Production Designer with a strong understanding of UI/UX and web design to join our team. This is a remote role but you must be able to work West Coast (PST) hours.

As a UI Production Designer, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and ensuring the quality of digital assets while maintaining consistency across multiple projects. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, visually appealing content that meets project goals. In this fast-paced role, attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and consistency in design elements across multiple devices.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
• Efficiency: Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills, working closely with designers, developers, and other cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability: Flexibility in handling changing priorities, tasks, and feedback while staying focused on project goals.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive in troubleshooting design issues and ensuring seamless asset delivery.
• Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Consistency: Ensuring brand and design consistency across all assets and deliverables.
• Creative Execution: A UI Production Designer works closely with UI Designers to bring their vision to life by refining designs across all viewports and ensuring consistency. They create, export, and prepare assets for developers, while also designing specific elements within the broader design framework for seamless implementation.
• Quality Assurance: Thorough in checking assets for design flaws, accuracy, and user accessibility.

Qualifications

The candidate must have proven ability and qualifications in the following areas:

• Strong production design skills with expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; After Effects skills are a bonus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
• Ability to communicate effectively both in Slack and in Meetings
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills to liaise efficiently with team members across various departments.
