The Account-Based Marketing Lead will develop, execute, and optimise Account-Based Marketing / ABM strategies to support our sales goals in targeting commercial airlines worldwide. Working closely with the sales and product teams, the Account-Based Marketing Lead will craft personalised, data-driven campaigns that address the specific needs and attributes of our target market, drive pipeline growth and strengthen existing customer relationships.
Key responsibilities & duties include:
- Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies with a key focus on 1:1 and 1:few approaches, working closely with sales to identify high-potential accounts and crafting personalised and engaging campaigns
- Design and execute integrated Account-Based Marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, digital, social, events) that align with the company’s sales objectives
- Partner closely with sales to craft and execute joint account plays that drive new POCs and generate new sales opportunities across multiple buying committees
- Leverage analytics to track engagement, identify trends, and measure the impact of ABM programmes on driving engagement and new pipeline with target accounts. Use insights to facilitate data-driven conversations with key stakeholders across the organisation, including senior-level management
- Collaborate with the wider management team to meet a set of agreed KPIs around account engagement and new pipeline development
- Work with wider content and product teams to create personalised messaging, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations to engage target accounts effectively
- Use Account-Based Marketing technology and related tools to create account segments, target effectively, and report on Account-Based Marketing impact
- Manage Account-Based Marketing budgets and MarTech tools, ensuring ROI for each campaign and optimising spending across high-impact channels
Required Skills & Experience:
- Marketing experience, with a dedicated Account-Based Marketing role, ideally with a fast-paced, high-growth technology/software company
- Deep understanding of Account-Based Marketing strategies and demonstrable experience specifically with 1:1 and 1:few approaches, along with experience using CRM ideally Salesforce, marketing automation e.g. HubSpot, Eloqua, and ABM platforms e.g. Demandbase, 6sense
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales and product teams, with experience in supporting sales through joint account plays that drive hyper-targeted engagement and accelerate new sales opportunities
- Strong skills in analytics and reporting, with the ability to interpret data to optimise campaigns and facilitate data-driven discussions with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed Account-Based Marketing KPIs, particularly around account engagement and pipeline growth
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to craft compelling messages for different target personas and airlines
- Familiarity with working in multiple markets across EMEA
