Sr Graphic Designer Product Creation Experience (Remote)

Vista is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Senior Graphic Designer to join our Global Product Creation and Experience team to bring to life to our products and design strategies globally. Staying informed about the latest design trends and methodologies is important to you, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can learn, improve your skills, and make valuable contributions to the team.

What You Will Do

You will focus on crafting for our Home & Family Segment, which includes Holiday Cards, Wedding Stationery, Party Decor, Giftware and more. This individual will have a traditional art background but be tech-savvy and adaptable to new technology. You are a versatile Illustrator with a strong graphic design background in color theory, layout and typography. As an experienced designer, you will collaborate closely with an internal team of creative leads and designers resulting in a vast array of template solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design on-trend personal stationery and consumer goods
• Drive excellence in quality, design, typography and brand consistency
• Work creatively to lead workload and deliverables
• Complete various production and post-production tasks with great attention to detail
• Close collaboration and co-creation with cross functional global teams
• Willing and able to take creative direction and complete feedback
• Interest in becoming a guide in 4 color process printing and apply that knowledge to create world class design

Your Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant design experience with a stunning portfolio of recent branding and/or person stationery and consumer goods projects
• BA/BS degree in Design or related field
• Strong conceptual skills and clear understanding of messaging and brand adherence
• Great teammate with communication and presentation skills
• You are a strong collaborator and can work autonomously
• Current in design trends, social design, popular culture, new advertising trends and techniques specifically for driving customer engagement including personalization
• Ability to understand user test results and the general use of data to support creative decisions
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and hand and digital illustration
